Sharon was so wonderful. Right from our first call she helped Mark & I understand the steps & the processes required for our wedding. Sharon completed all our documentation so swiftly & prompted us when we needed to take any actions which was greatly appreciated. On the day, Sharon met our friend who was our MC, Luke & Holly from Hunter Concierge + our family members / anyone with a role in the ceremony & naturally gave any reminders where needed so everyone felt comfortable with their role on the day. What I particularly loved was that Sharon asked us both to complete a questionnaire so she could personalise our ceremony for us. Our wedding had so much soul and emotions added by Sharon. Although neither of our parents speak the language, they all could feel the beautiful delivery of Sharon’s words through the ceremony. We agree wholeheartedly that the ceremony was beautiful and romantic and very true to us as a couple. It really showed how much she paid attention while learning about us and our story.
In the lead-up, Sharon stepped in to cover our ceremony in the last 10 days due to some unexpected changing circumstances and she absolutely nailed it and made us feel like we have been working with her all along. She was personable and easy to reach if we needed anything, and very on top of the changing circumstances with helping us proceeding with the paperworks.
